Funeral service is at Markeaton Crematorium (Main Chapel) on Friday 3rd April 2020 at 12pm.
Due to the Government restrictions the service will be for immediate family only.
A memorial service will be arranged next year.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Treetops Hospice Care may be given on the website.
